Recurring meetings

Built for the meeting that happens every week at the same link — a sacrament meeting, a standing conference call, a weekly lecture — where printing a new QR code each time isn't an option.

Setting it up

Turn on Recurring weekly when you create (or edit) a meeting — "same link and QR code every week," as the toggle says. Nothing else changes about how you run it — same control panel, same Start/Stop, same shortcuts from the operator guide .

Between sessions

A normal meeting shows viewers a "this meeting has ended" screen once you stop recording. A recurring meeting doesn't — the display quietly falls back to its idle "scan to join" screen instead, so a printed QR code or a bookmarked link keeps working indefinitely. The dashboard marks recurring meetings with a small weekly tag so you can spot them at a glance.

Starting the next session

There's no new meeting to create each week — open the same meeting from your dashboard and hit Start when it's time. The link and QR code you shared the first time still point to the right place.
